Thermo-Pro Fascia

Thermo-Pro Fascia is an insulated gutter trim, used
to insulate at roof level in the absence of a soffit on
the property.

The existing gutter will need to be removed
temporarily to allow the flashing to be installed.

If the gutter is in poor condition we would
recommend replacing it to protect the new system.

Installing this insulated profile dramatically reduces
any risk of condensation and also reduces the linear
thermal transmittance.

The interior temperature at this location is increased
and will help to improve the living conditions and
create a healthier indoor environment.
